The room had a nice little balcony where you can have your morning coffee. The hotel supplied coffee pods as well as tea and other essentials. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is situated just down the road from the lake and just a couple of minutes by foot from several great places to eat and shop. We did not partake of breakfasts at the hotel as there are several fantastic breakfast places within a stone's throw. All that said, a very nice hotel -- we would stay here again.

Really nice, spacious room. Separate bathroom and toliet. Felt like an apartment. Lovely big shower. Comfortable beds with robes and slippers. Nice little balcony to look out of. Close to the bus, train station, lake and shops and restaurants. Pleasant staff.

The hotel is centrally located in the center of Annecy and on walking distance of the train- and bus station. room was clean and comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. On our last day we had to check out at 6 am to catch the bus and still they managed to have the breakfast ready just for us.

Well located hotel near to shops, old town & barking. Staff are super friendly starting from the operation manager Anabelle to the receptionists 👍🏻 Clean and comfortable room with AC.
